How Change Can Happen

June 18, 20251 min read

I wanted to share an example of how my coaching program has helped others to give you a sense of what working together might look like. Let me tell you about one of my previous clients, Sarah, and how she improved her love life using my framework.

Sara was extremely frustrated. She felt stuck after (another) breakup and felt like she was in a cycle of wasting her time with the same people. She was confused as to why it kept happening and didn’t know what to do to finally find the right partner. She finally decided something had to change, and that’s when we hopped on a call.

Together, we:

1. Assessed and Uncovered Needs:

We started by understanding her core wounds, limiting beliefs, and patterns.

2. Reprogrammed and Met Needs:

Using somatic processing and EFT tapping, we reprogrammed her beliefs and taught her how to meet her own needs.

3. Communicated Boundaries:

We worked on effectively communicating her boundaries and needs, and resolving conflicts.

4. Provided Continuous Support:

She had ongoing support via Telegram and 1:1 calls to keep her on track.

Over time, Sarah felt more empowered and confident, and she started attracting healthier relationships. She told me, “Working with Mara was a game-changer. I rebuilt my confidence and found clarity.”

Why does this work?

It’s personalized, provides actionable steps, offers continuous support, and has a proven results.

Before our call, it would be great if you could take a few minutes to complete an attachment style quiz. Even if you have an idea of your attachment style, this quiz can provide deeper insights that will be incredibly useful for our discussion.
